USB and Bluetooth scanners work like a keyboard, and there's a hands-free scanning mode. Handles thousands of items quickly (tested with 5,000) Pro adds multiple locations Track stock across up to 8 locations, such as a shop floor and a stockroom, or a warehouse and a van. Each item has its own count per location. Move stock between locations with transfers, and every transfer is logged in History. Where your data lives (please read) Your inventory is stored in your browser on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere. That keeps it private, and it also means: Your data lives in one browser on one computer or tablet. It does not sync between devices. If you clear that browser's data, the ledger is erased. Use Back up now regularly. It saves a backup file you can restore anywhere, and the app reminds you every 7 days. Which version is right for you? Standard ($49.99): all seven ledgers, one stock count per item, for use in one business. Pro ($149.99): everything in Standard, plus multiple locations and stock transfers, for use in your own business. Agency ($499.99): the Pro files plus a commercial license to set the ledgers up for your clients. Standard and Pro are for your own business only. Setting the ledgers up for clients needs the Agency license. No edition may be resold. By buying any edition, you agree to the license terms for that edition, shown in full at the bottom of this page. FAQ Which browsers does it work on? It's built and tested on Chrome's browser engine. Testing on Safari, Firefox and Edge, and on Mac and Windows, isn't finished yet. Try it in the browser you plan to use soon after you buy. Does it work on an iPad or phone? The layout is designed for touch, with large tap targets and no zooming on input. It hasn't been tested on real iPads and iPhones yet. How do I back up? Click Back up now in any ledger. It saves a backup file with your items, settings and history. Keep it somewhere safe, like a USB drive or your own cloud folder. To restore, open Settings and choose Restore from a backup file. CSV export is for spreadsheets only and doesn't save your settings or history. What if I get a new computer? On the old computer, click Back up now. Copy the backup file to the new computer, open the same ledger there, and restore it from Settings. Can I bring in my spreadsheet? Yes. Save it as CSV and import it (up to 500 rows per file). Do I need the internet? No. Everything works offline. When you're online it loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and offline it uses your computer's fonts instead. How do updates work? New versions go to your Gumroad library. Each ledger's Settings shows your version number and the update steps. Is this accounting software? No. It counts and tracks stock. License terms By buying any edition, you agree to the license terms for that edition below. The same terms are included in your download. Standard You may use the ledgers in one business (yours), on as many of that business's own devices as it needs. Pro You may use the ledgers in one business (yours), including all of its own locations and devices. Agency You may use the ledgers in your own business, and set them up for your clients as part of a paid or unpaid service you provide (for example consulting, bookkeeping, inventory setup or managed operations). That includes entering a client's name, currency, categories, units, locations and data, and placing the files on a client's own devices or the client's own internal network or website for their staff. Each client may keep using the copy you delivered for their own business without further payment, but may not pass it on to anyone else. Each separate person or company who sets the ledgers up for clients needs their own Agency license. All editions The ledgers are licensed, not sold. Paemonteon Studios keeps all ownership and intellectual property rights. Your license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and does not expire, for the edition you bought. Standard and Pro may not be used to set up or deliver the ledgers for clients or any other business. That needs the Agency license. No edition may be resold, sublicensed, rented, lent or given away, in whole or in part, as a standalone product, template, bundle or download, whether free or paid and whether changed or not. Do not publish the files where the public can download them, use them in a product or service whose main value is access to the ledgers themselves, remove or change the copyright and license notices, or present the ledgers as your own work. Your data is yours. It is stored in the browser on the device where you use the ledger and is never sent to us. The ledgers are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. They are a counting tool, not accounting, tax or legal software. You are responsible for keeping backups with Back up now. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then stop using and delete your copies. Copies an Agency licensee already delivered to clients in line with these terms may stay in use by those clients. Privacy and terms of sale Privacy. The ledgers collect nothing. Your inventory, settings and history are stored only in your browser on your device and are never sent to us. There are no accounts, analytics or tracking. When you're online, the ledgers load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. When you buy, Gumroad processes your payment (we never see your card number) and shares your name, email and order details with us. We use them only to deliver your purchase, provide support and updates, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires. We never sell your personal information. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email josephcaraveo@paemonteonstudios.com. Your data. Because your data never leaves your device, we can't see, recover or restore it. You're responsible for backups with Back up now. Clearing your browser data, using a different browser or device, or losing your device can erase it. Don't store payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information in the ledgers. Not professional advice. The ledgers are a counting tool, not accounting, tax or legal software.
